BSc and MSc in Medical Biotechnology, then she awarded the PhD in Molecular and Experimental Medicine in Humanitas University, in the Lab led by Leonardo Elia. She is currently Post-doc and her field of research is the role of microRNAs (miRNAs) as communication molecules between immune and vascular cells in the onset of atherosclerosis. Her contribution aims to develop novel miRNA-based therapeutics approaches for the treatment of cardiovascular disorders.
