Marco graduated in industrial biotechnology at university of Milan-Bicocca (2014). He learned to isolate glioblastoma stem like cells primary culture at IRCCS C. Besta (2015). At Humanitas Research Hospital he obtained his PhD in “Life health and chemical sciences” and enforced his knowledge in brain tumors.

His research activity is focused on the development of new methodologies to deliver cytotoxic drugs into the brain through nanoparticle technology in order to reach more efficiently glioblastoma cells in the tumor mass as well as at distant sites.
