Simini graduated in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at the University of Milan in 2023.

After graduation, he started a fellowship at the Karolinska Institutet for 10 months and is currently enrolled as a Pre-Doctoral fellow in the Cellular and Molecular Oncoimmunology lab, led by Prof. Bonavita.
