Martina Rusin graduated in Medical Biotechnologies at the University of Bologna studying mainly non-invasive prenatal diagnostics. From 2020 to 2023 she was a research fellow at the European Institute of Oncology and, worked on Alzheimer disease.
In 2023 he entered Maria Rescigno’s laboratory to study human diseases related to fertility and reproduction. As a doctoral student she is investigating endometriosis disease and its association with diet, microbiome and immunity.
