Lucia Susani is a Senior Technician with expertise in molecular and cell biology techniques. She has a permanent position as Technician (CTER) at the Institute for Genetic and Biomedical Research (IRGB) at the National Research Council (CNR), based at Humanitas Research Hospital. Currently, she is working in the research team led by Marianna Paulis.

In the last 15 years she has acquired a strong expertise in different fields, including mouse embryonic stem cell (ESC) culture and characterization; mouse and human induced stem cell (iPSC) generation, culture, and characterization; CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing technique; microcell mediated chromosome transfer (MMCT) technique.
