There are two CLARITY-based systems to perform tissue optical clearing:

• X-CLARITY Tissue System II (Logos biosystems): the system consists of the ETC Chamber, the ETC Control Tower, the Buffer Reservoir and the Polymerization System.
• A second custom-made, CLARITY-based system is also present in the facility.
