Anna Rita Putignano graduated in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the University of Pavia in 2018. She obtained her II level Master in Bioinformatics and Functional Genomics at the University of Milan in 2020 and started to work as computational biologist at INGM (Istituto Nazionale di Genetica Molecolare) in Milan. In 2021, she joined the Cellular Immunology Lab, under the supervision of Professor Federica Marchesi, to handle the bioinformatics analysis of Single cell and Spatial transcriptomics data to profile immune cells infiltrating human tumors.
